A-Tom Soundware is an independent studio from Vienna, Austria, developing creative and flexible audio plugins. My goal is to build tools that are both musically inspiring and technically precise. Every product offers deep control and works everywhere—from a professional studio to a Raspberry Pi.
Meet the Founder
I’m Tom Zalud, the musician and developer behind A-Tom Soundware. I created my first plugin, „Flansch,“ because I needed a flanger that went beyond the basics. As a passionate tinkerer, I believe in making technology accessible. A-Tom Soundware is my way of merging professional sound design with the spirit of the DIY community.
My Philosophy: Product & Open Source
A-Tom Soundware’s model is simple: I sell professional plugins, but the source code is always open on GitHub. This offers the best of both worlds:
